Shipping policy

We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. If the product is out of stock or there will be a delay for another reason, we will notify you.

Please note that if you order multiple cases, the order may be combined into one box to reduce packaging and help save our environment.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our snacks for any reason or if there is an error with your order, please contact us at hello@bienafoods.com.  We want to make you happy, and will do our best to make that happen! Please note that due to health & safety concerns, we cannot accept return of food products.
